John L. Marchione has been an associate with the firm since his graduation from law school in 2011. John has tried and settled matters involving complex equitable distribution, spousal support and child support issues, as well as matters involving delicate child custody and visitation issues. John earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and graduated summa cum laude from New York Law School where he earned the Trustee’s Prize for Highest Grade Point Average. John served as a staff editor for the New York Law School Law Review and was also a member of the school’s Justice Action Center, concentrating on Family Law. John is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
